Here, I stayed in a super clean room that had 2 spacious bedrooms. Plus, the hotel is nestled in a quiet spot up in the San Diego mountains 🌄.

For the price in this market, I expected a less than stellar experience. We were most pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely helpful, the condo was beautiful and clean. The area was beautiful and peaceful and there were many things that could be done during a stay there.
The only thing I didn't like about the condo was the pull out bed in the couch. We were staying there as four adults so obviously 2 of us had to use the pull out bed. The support bar through the middle of the bed rendered it unusable. But we used the bedding and slept on the couch. And we slept comfortably.

This was our second stay, and it was just as lovely as the first time. The comfort of the rooms in combination with the beautiful backdrop of the mountains really brings a feeling of peace and serenity. I brought my mom for a much-needed get away, and she didn't want to leave! The kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, and the outside grill enabled us to cook meals which eliminated the need to try to get everyone dressed and ready to eat out. I really can't say enough about how comfortable we all felt, almost like a home away from home.

The one-bedroom suite was huge! There was plenty of room for our two kids and us. It was great to have the spotless kitchen and full laundry--I did a quick load using the complimentary detergent and returned home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. We loved the place and plan to return. I was greeted by Lisa, the sweetest person, when I arrived.
We were there to visit Julian, and the hotel was 45 minutes away. But it was worth the drive. The place was noisy, but my husband and kids slept through it and I just popped in my earplugs. Otherwise our stay was fantastic.

Hiked near Julian, CA and relaxed by the pool.
Room smelled a little musty, but it was certainly bearable. We LOVED the 2 bedroom suite!
